FAQs

Firstly, we need to have a consultation, so we understand exactly what is required. Here we will be able to discuss time frames. Our turnaround times vary depending on the service but aim to come back to you within 2-3 weeks from our initial consultation.

For property styling and staging we work with your marketing timeline.

All our clients receive a concept presentation appointment where we run through all the ideas along with items/materials etc that we best think is suited to your project.

We also supply you with your own portal to our specification schedules. This shows you pricing, images, lead times, specifications and will also allow you to accept or decline the products we have recommended.

We will visit showrooms where possible to ensure you are happy with the items, or so you can test ride these perfect pieces! However, some of our suppliers may not have a showroom near us. If this is the case will provide you with as many images and samples as possible.

The best part about working with us is that we have a network of amazing furniture and décor suppliers that only deal with designers and interior trade. So, it’s likely we will recommend items you may not find in a retail store. We often hear “Oh I haven’t seen anything like that before” and our clients love the showroom day where they see so many gorgeous things!

Our fees are based on the scope of your project and why an initial consultation is so important. It’s at this meeting we can discuss all your requirements so a quote and proposal can be forwarded to you for consideration.

That is fine! We have visited many clients in their homes that just want to pick our brain and get some good tips or ideas.

Absolutely! Sometimes it’s those last few things a client needs some help with and what really finishes off a space. Perhaps you already have your key items and may only need decorating items. Or even the perfect artwork to compliment all your lovely items.

We love steering our clients in the right direction when it comes to selling their home. Our consultations run through all areas of your home from layout, how to freshen up your home, façade recommendations and ways to best enhance your spaces.

One of the best things about working with us, is that we take care of everything for you. You don’t have to worry about ordering the wrong item or overseeing the procurement of your items.

Some of our clients like to order their own items and that is okay too. Please note that a lot of our suppliers only deal with trade so therefore we place all orders for you.

Absolutely! If you wish to pretend it’s like Christmas and unbox everything and place in their spots, then go for it. We absolutely love this stage of the project and want your spaces to shine. So, if you set it all up and give us the heads up, we’ll swing by to make sure it’s picture-perfect!
