We wanted to update the apartment to have a luxe-yet-homely feel without detracting from the amazing outlook.
A completely new palette was developed for the interior and balconies, inspired by a monochromatic tone. We commissioned an artist to create a focal artwork for the living room and had most of the cabinetry recoloured due to fading from the sun.
Brand new linen sheers were installed along with some gorgeous new carpet that complimented the palette beautifully.
The black kitchen cabinets make a strong impression, while the travertine knobs add an element of elegance to the overall aesthetic.
All the lighting in the apartment was updated and the gorgeous new dining pendant centred the space, while the low, modern furniture selections resulted in unobstructed views of the city.
